They offer beginner, level 1 and level 2 yoga classes every day of the week from morning to evening. Avoid eating for an hour before class, wear comfortable clothing, bring your own mat or rent one. Please talk with the instructor before class if you have had a recent injury.

Please bring your own towel and mat. Arrive 10 minutes before the start time to sign in. Changing areas are available at the back of the studio.
