Belle Haven Pool (Menlo Park)

Located next to the Onetta Harris Community Center, this pool is 25 meters x 25 meters from 1.5 ft to 12 ft deep.  They have lap swimming, recreational swimming, water exercise, swimming lessons and locker rooms.

Brisbane Community Pool (Brisbane)

This is a 25 yard outdoor heated (79-81 degrees) pool. They have American Red Cross trained staff.  They host a lap pool, heated locker rooms, showers, changing rooms, vending machines, grass area with leisure seating and shade structure with picnic tables.  They also have water aerobics classes.

Burgess Pool Menlo Swim and Sport (Menlo Park)

They have two pools.  An instructional pool that is 25 yards x 50 feet and 3.5-6 feet deep that supports 6 lanes and is kept at 87 degrees.  A performance pool that is 25 meters x 25 yards and 7 feet deep that supports 11 lanes and is kept at 80 degrees.  They have lap and open swimming, Aqua Fit exercise and Masters swimming.  They also have locker rooms and showers.  There are two parking lots.

Burlingame Aquatic Center (Burlingame)

This is an outdoor 50 meter x 25 yards pool that is open to the public for lap swim.  Lap swim lanes are identified by orange cones and cover 25 yard lanes.  They have lifeguards, lane lines, dressing rooms, showers and lockers. The pool is heated between 79-82 degrees.

Coyote Point County Recreational Area (San Mateo)

The east side of the long, shady beach is good for swimming because it has small waves.  The west side is a popular windsurfer spot because it is exposed to more wind.

Herbert Hoover School Park and Pool (Redwood City)

This is an outdoor pool that is open in the summer only.

Herkner Memorial Pool (Redwood City)

This is an outdoor pool open only during the summer.

Joinville Swim Center (San Mateo)

The Swim Center is open all year and offers adult swim lessons, water aerobics, recreational and lap swimming as well as Masters Marlin swimming.  There are two swimming pools – a larger, 6-lane pool 4.5 feet to 6 feet deep and a smaller shallow water training pool 2 feet to 3.5 feet deep.  The locker rooms and showers are heated.  They have lawn and deck space, and a patio with tables and chairs.

King Swim Center (San Mateo)

King Swim Center that has two swimming pools for recreational swimming. One pool is a 5 lane 25 yard pool 3 feet to 9 feet deep with a diving board. The other pool is a 20 foot by 16 foot training pool from 1.5 to 3.5 feet deep. They have heated locker rooms and showers, as well as a deck area with tables and chairs.

Oyster Point Marina (South San Francisco)

Oyster Point Marina and Park has a 2.5-acre sandy swimming beach in a small cove that is protected from waves, so the water is calm.  The cove is near the foot of Mt. San Bruno.

Parkside Aquatic Park (San Mateo)

Parkside Aquatic Park has a roped off salt water swim area with no waves and sandy beach. There is no lifeguard on duty.  The water is on the Marina Lagoon, not the bay.  There are restroom facilities.

San Bruno City Park Pool (San Bruno)

Located in San Bruno City Park adjacent to the Veterans Memorial Building.  It is open from June to September.  It is an outdoor pool that is three to ten feet deep and 25 by 20 yards in size.  The pool is heated to 83 degrees.
