Local California Butterflies

Santa Clara County is home to some spectacular butterflies such as Western Pygmy Blue butterfly. As we walked along the trails of Guadalupe River Park and Guadalupe River, we learned about different butterflies. We touched and felt the different stages of the butterfly’s life. It was a beautiful day with a cool breeze so we got some exercise, time with friends and enjoyed a picnic lunch.
