Tilden Regional Park
Tilden is a 2,079 acres park with many miles of trails that are shared by equestrians, hikers and bicyles with some hiker only trails. There are multiple drinking fountains and restrooms throughout the park. For a map of the north side of the park, please click here
Requirements
Dogs must be on a maximum six foot leash and waste must be disposed in garbage cans.
Operating Hours
Park hours are 5am to 10pm.
Disabled Access
The walk along Nimitz Way is paved and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible features include drinking water, parking, trail access and restrooms at Inspiration Point on Wildcat Canyon Road.

Directions
On weekends and holidays, take AC Transit #67 from the Berkeley BART station into the park at Canon Drive, along Central Park Drive and Wildcat Canyon Road, and exit the park at Shasta Road. The route provides access to the Environmental Education Center and the Little Farm in Tilden Nature Area, the Merry-Go-Round, Lake Anza (a short walk), the Brazil Building, the Botanic Garden, and several trailheads. Buses run every 45 minutes. On weekdays #67 operates only to the Canon Drive and Shasta Road entrances.
