Sadhana consists of Japji morning prayer, Kundalini yoga Kriya for awakening followed by 62 minutes of beautiful chanting meditation. Sadhana is an early morning spiritual practice. Arrive at 5:30 am. to participate in Japji morning prayer. The 30 to 40 minute yoga set will begin at 6:00 am and the chanting will end at 7:45 am. Refreshments are served afterwards. Bring a cushion or blanket to sit on and a warm covering such as a shawl or blanket for your comfort during the 62 minutes of chanting (they have spares if you forget). A scarf or head covering is also recommended while meditating.
