Alameda Athletic Club
This health and fitness center offers beginner and advanced Tai Chi classes. Tai Chi is practiced as a martial arts therapy for the purposes of health and longevity. Tai Chi is a group exercise that emphasizes breathing and slow movements to enhance muscle tone and relaxation.

Fees
Seniors get to join the gym for half the sign up fee and $3 off the monthly fee and all classes are free. Another option is to pay $10 per day to get access to all classes.
