 The Mountain View Senior Center has many opportunities to make your retirement years fun and exciting. Whether you like to play table tennis, billiards, cards or watch movies, read books and dance, they have something to invigorate your spirit and improve your health and well being.  The books in the library are free to use on-site and another option is to purchase the books for ten cents each.

They offer many free social services such as legal assistance, health insurance counseling, tax help, notarized public, blood pressure checks, podiatry screening, eyeglass repair and much more.  You can also receive free information during one of their Thursday workshops with topics that range from Managing Chronic Pain to Introduction to Computers.  They feed over 150 patrons a day through the Community Services Agency of Mountain View and Los Altos’ Nutrition Program.

They also offer many other activities to try out like a Travel Program, Computer Lab, Exercise Room, dances and other special events.

 These informal activities are wonderful for having fun and socializing with new friends. They also host dozens of classes for those wanting to expand their minds and try out new hobbies!  Their referral program can get you the information you need and link you up with services that matter to you and your loved ones.
